Section 27-477. Floors

Latest version.

Garage  floors  shall be of concrete or equivalent
  noncombustible material that will  not  absorb  flammable  liquids.  The
  sills  of all door openings connecting a garage with a dwelling shall be
  raised at least four inches above the garage floor.
