Section 27-905. Alterations to gas piping systems

When  alterations,
  extensions or repairs to existing gas meter piping or  gas  distribution
  piping  requires  the  shut-off  of  gas flow to a building, the utility
  shall be notified by the owner or his or her authorized representative.
