Section 27-902. Use of nonconforming material or equipment

(a) No person
  shall use or install any new or used  plumbing  material  or  equipment,
  unless  it  complies  with the requirements set forth in this subchapter
  and reference standard RS-16.
    (b) No person shall use any portable equipment that  utilizes  mercury
  to test the pressure of gas piping, drainage or vent systems.
