Section 27-858. Cleanouts and maintenance

Whenever  a  new  chimney  is
  completed or an existing chimney is altered, it  shall  be  cleaned  and
  left  smooth  on  the  inside.  Cleanouts with a gas tight door shall be
  provided at the base of all chimneys.
