Section 27-823. One- and two-family dwellings

Floor furnace enclosures shall
  be constructed of noncombustible materials with a fire resistance rating
  of at least one hour. Means shall be provided for supporting the furnace
  when  the  floor  grille  is removed. Clearances shall be as provided in
  reference standards RS 14-15 and 14-16.
