Section 27-699. Pile materials

The provisions of sections 27-580 and 27-588
  of  article  one  of  subchapter  ten  of  this  chapter   relating   to
  "classification  of  materials,  assemblies and methods of construction"
  and to the use of "used and unidentified materials" shall apply.
