Section 27-600. General requirements

(a) Unreinforced masonry. Materials,
  design,  and  construction  of  unreinforced  masonry  shall  meet   the
  requirements of reference standard RS 10-1.
    (b)   Reinforced  masonry.  Materials,  design,  and  construction  of
  reinforced masonry shall meet the requirements of reference standard  RS
