Section 24-421. Electric light, power; inspection of; all wires to be inspected

The commissioner of buildings shall cause all wires, currents  and appliances that may be introduced into or placed in any building  or
  structure  in  the city to be inspected, and shall furnish a certificate
  of such inspection to any person or corporation applying therefor.
