Section 24-116. Inconsistent provisions

Latest version.

Insofar as the provisions of this
  code are inconsistent with the provisions of  any  other  title  of  the
  code,  or  any rule or regulation of any governmental agency of the city
  of New York, the provisions of this code shall be controlling.
