Section 20-692. Punishment

Latest version.

a.  Any  person  who  shall violate any of the
  provisions of subdivisions a or b of section 20-691 shall be subject  to
  a  civil  penalty of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one
  hundred fifty dollars for each violation.
    b. Each day a violation  is  continued  shall  constitute  a  separate
