Section 19-104. Revocable consents

The issuance of revocable consents by the
  commissioner  pursuant  to  this  subchapter  shall  be  subject  to the
  provisions of chapter fourteen of the charter and the rules  adopted  by
  the commissioner pursuant thereto.
