Section 17-313. Bookkeeping requirements

Each food vendor shall keep such
  written records as the commissioner or  board  may  prescribe  of  daily
  gross   sales,   purchases   and   expenses,   including   receipts  for
  expenditures, and shall make such records available  for  inspection  by
  any authorized officer or employee of the city.
