Section 16-426. Disposal ban

a. Beginning July first, two thousand ten, no
  person shall dispose of covered electronic equipment as solid  waste  in
  the city.
    b.  Beginning  July  first,  two  thousand nine, no manufacturer shall
  dispose of covered electronic equipment as solid waste in the city.
