Section 13-602. Continuance of status in fund

Latest version.

A member of the relief and
  pension fund of  the  department  of  street  cleaning  appointed  to  a
  position  in  the  exempt  class  in  the department of sanitation shall
  continue to have the same rights,  privileges,  obligations  and  status
  with respect to such fund.
