Section 11-908. Suits for violations

Latest version.

The tax provided to be paid by this
  chapter, and the pecuniary penalties and interest  imposed  therein,  or
  any  or  either  of  them,  may be sued for and recovered, with costs of
  suit, in any court of record, by the commissioner of finance.
