Section 11-632. Applicability of part three

1. This part shall be applicable
  only to the taxes imposed by parts one and two of this subchapter.
    2.  Cross  reference.  For  years  for which parts one and two of this
  subchapter impose  a  tax,  see  sections  11-613  and  11-624  of  this
