Section 11-339. City may purchase at sale

Latest version.

At a sale pursuant to judgment in
  an action to foreclose a tax lien or at any sale free of tax liens,  the
  city,  without  authorization  other than hereby given, may purchase any
  property that is the subject of the sale.
