Section 11-310. Water charges and sewer rents to be transmitted to commissioner of finance

The commissioner  of  environmental  protection  shall  cause to be transmitted to the commissioner of finance an account
  of all water rents, charges, fines and penalties and  all  sewer  rents,
  charges, fines and penalties as the same become due or accrue.
